By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, including our White Glove done-with-you direct mail service and our API Nurture product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Curious Camel provides AI-powered, robot-generated handwritten direct mail services, including ad copy creation, marketing material design, A/B testing, CRM-triggered mailings, and related marketing solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in your individual order, quote, or service agreement.

3. Orders and Minimums

Our White Glove service requires a minimum order of 1,000 letters. Our API Nurture service requires a minimum order of $199. All orders are subject to acceptance by Curious Camel, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing varies based on order volume, service level, and campaign specifications. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are due according to the payment terms provided in your invoice or agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate mailing lists, content, and any information necessary for us to fulfill your campaign. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to contact the recipients included in your mailing list and that your campaign complies with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, privacy, and consumer protection regulations.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant Curious Camel a limited license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of delivering your campaign. All proprietary technology, software, designs, and materials developed by Curious Camel remain our sole property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written consent.

7. Delivery and Performance

While we strive to deliver all mailings on time and at the highest quality, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Curious Camel is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Response rates and campaign results may vary and are not guaranteed.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time in accordance with the terms of your specific order or agreement. Work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation is non-refundable. Refunds for undelivered services, if any, will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Communications Consent

By submitting your information through our website or contact forms, you consent to receive calls, SMS messages, and emails from Curious Camel regarding our products and services. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time by contacting us directly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curious Camel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve any specific result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curious Camel's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Curious Camel be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curious Camel and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
